What We’re Looking For
Cue Health Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Project Manager who will take direction from the Senior Director, Program Management to help drive critical projects for the company within software, R&D, validation, and additional areas. Key activities include developing plans and schedules and collaborating with the various departments to insuring tasks are appropriately completed and project deadlines adhered to. The project manager will also be responsible prioritizing work to pertinent business objectives and maintaining efficiencies across the organization.
The Project Manager will create, identify and execute appropriate project strategies relevant to company goals, while following and implementing internal processes.
Manage project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and sprint planning techniques and is responsible for developing project plans and project risk analyses for implementation of assigned tasks.
Communicate project status to all project stakeholders, relevant internal business partners and responsible employees.
Define key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks and clearly communicate roles, expectations and accountabilities to team members on a regular basis.
Lead project teams and work with management to resolve resource gaps and influence an agile work environment.
Maintain a high level of ethics and compliance standard within applicable laws and policies.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree focused in Engineering or Science or related fields is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of regulated industry experience with 3 years of project management experience for development is required.
Advanced experience in JIRA / Atlassian and/or Confluence is required.
Experience with sprint planning is required.
Experience working in the Medical Device and/or biotechnology industry is preferred.
A Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred.
Demonstrated success in leading a project from concept through commercialization or completion is required.
Proficiency utilizing the MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint) is required.
The ability to work independently, provide multiple solutions to problems and effectively integrate systems is required.
This candidate must be well organized, self-motivated, energetic, creative and resourceful. In addition, this candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, management and team work qualities.
