What We’re Looking For

Cue Health Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Commercial Operations Leader ­­­­­. This person will help architect and drive the commercial strategy including distribution channel planning, marketing and sales, and have input on product pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Set overall commercial capabilities strategy to engage customer segments and coordinate and streamline commercial strategy

  • Secure partnerships to enable product development and distribution through collaboration, license and distribution agreements

  • Drive commercial efforts supporting customer promotions, product launches, new channel development strategies, and trade marketing/sales operations programs

  • Define implementation priorities and execution plans while managing external/internal customer relationships

  • Develop and implement business plans while delivering solutions that will drive profitable sales growth

  • Align with Business leaders to proactively identify market opportunities where an external partnership can support Cue’s Commercial goals in a complementary manner to our internal capabilities

  • Build global and region-specific plans to incorporate partnership opportunities into a Commercial strategic plan

  • Ensure that pricing and logistical strategies will enable market growth through the ease of accessibility, improved workflow and quality by coupling partner technology with our best in class solutions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience working in the biopharmaceutical and/or health care industry

  • Commercial strategy roles with increasing responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Experience in medical device or IVD medical device or related field required

  • Medical device product launch and channel planning/development required

  • Demonstrated ability developing long-term pharma/biotech strategies across a range of Commercial topics and customer types (e.g., physicians, patients, payers, etc.)

  • Strong leadership and self-direction, comfort and experience tackling very ambiguous and complex problems.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead, interact with, focus, negotiate, resolve conflict and drive consensus among individuals from a variety of cultures and disciplines

  • Demonstrated excellence in program management, project management, change management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities

  • Knowledge and experience in franchise-specific markets (e.g., infectious diseases)

  • Experience in global markets
